The Franciscan Recreation Complex (FRC) is a multi-purpose recreation center located in West Peoria at the intersection of Heading and Sterling Avenues. FRC features a full-size gymnasium, multi-purpose room with kitchenette, community room, dance studio, ceremic studio, soccer field, two baseball fields, and an outdoor playground. FRC and its services are accessible to people with disabilities. Eligible persons are encouraged to participate.
