Quick Step Aerobics
This aerobics class uses part dance and part strength training to get in shape or lose weight.

Lunch Hour Noon Ball
With the hustle and bustle of frantic mornings and late nights at the job, it’s hard to get a good workout in. Come to Proctor Center & stay in shape by playing basketball over your lunch hour. Pay only $1 and you can play a full court game, take a shower, use the locker rooms and get back to work just in time. Bring an extra pair of shoes and a towel.

Remember all the fun times in college or the late night parties with your friends playing Bid Whiz and Spades. Bring a partner or get matched up with someone at Proctor Center on Thursday nights from 7pm to 9pm. It’s a great way to socialize and make new friends while playing the card games we have known to love and enjoy.
NEW! Aqua Zumba
Proctor Center is offering a new Aqua Zumba class at our outdoor pool this summer. Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6/11-7/18, 5:30-6:15 pm
All the fun that you are having in the Zumba Sentao and regular Zumba classes at Proctor, we've just added water. The philosophy of Zumba is laughing, hollering and having a good time, while giving you the cardio-conditioning and body toning workout you need and want!
Cost is $2 per classes or $20 punch card
