Combining yoga with traditional stretching exercises to help increase flexibility and promote relaxation. Begins 1/8.
Fun, high energy choreography designed to burn fat to help achieve a lean dancer's body. Begins 1/8.
This class will help strengthen, condition and tone muscles. Appropriate for all ages and fitness levels. Pilates is very low impact, but gives great results. Instructor: Marcy Poplett. Classes start on 2/6, 3/19, 4/30.
This series of specialized Yoga classes will focus on stretching, Vinyasana, twist-detox, restorative, core strength, hip openings, and arms. Sign up for 1 session individually or if you sign up for 4 receive a special rate of $25 for residents or $33 for non residents. Instructor: Tonya Pruett. Sesssions on: 2/12, 2/19, 2/26, 3/4 and 3/11.
Come join the dance party. Zumba is the new Latin-inspired dance-fitness class combining fast and slow Latin rhythms that tone and sculpt the body in an aerobic/fitness fashion. Dance movements are easy to follow steps which target areas such the gluteals, legs, arm core, abdominals and heart. Instructor: Marlene Bello. Sessions begin: 2/14, 3/20, 4/24.

Adult Drop In Fitness Classes
Drop-In Yoga: Ages 16+
Reduce stress while toning and stretching. Emphasis is on poses and breathing. This class will get you inspired. Appropriate for all ages and fitness levels. No need to pre-register and you can start at any time. Minimum of 6 people needed to hold a class.

Fee: $4.50 drop in or 12 visits -$48

Drop-In Beginner Yoga
Have you ever thought about taking a Yoga class? Now's the time to give it a try. This class is deisgned for first timers. We'll take it nice and slow and teach you the basic positions so yuo can go on to attend our regular drop-in classes or our Sunday Yoga Series classes. Instructor: Vicki Culbertson
