Zumba: Ages 14+
This new Latin-inspired dance-fitness class combines fast and slow Latin rhythms that tone and sculpt the body in an aerobic/fitness fashion. Dance movements are easy to follow steps which target areas such as the gluteals, legs, arm core, abdominals and heart. Classes offered 5/21-6/18, 6/25-7/23, 7/30-8/27, 5/23-6/20, 6/27-7/25, 8/1-8/29.
Pilates Plus - Core Strength
Looking to tone your body strength? This class will help strengthen, condition, and tone muscles. Appropriate for all ages and fitness levels. Pilates is very low impact, but gives great results. This class meets twice a week for 6 weeks. No class 7/4. Class begins 6/4 and 7/23.
Adult Drop In Fitness Classes
Drop-In Yoga: Ages 16+
Reduce stress while toning and stretching. Emphasis is on poses and breathing. This class will get you inspired. Appropriate for all ages and fitness levels. No need to pre-register and you can start at any time. Minimum of 6 people needed to hold a class.

Fee: $4.50 drop in or 12 visits - $48
