Looking to tone your body strength? This class will help strengthen, condition, and tone muscles. Appropriate for all ages and fitness levels. Pilates is very low impact, but gives great results. This class meets twice a week for 6 weeks. No class 7/4. Class begins 6/4 and 7/23.
This new Latin-inspired dance-fitness class combines fast and slow Latin rhythms that tone and sculpt the body in an aerobic/fitness fashion. Dance movements are easy to follow steps which target areas such as the gluteals, legs, arm core, abdominals and heart. Classes start: 9/10, 10/15, 11/19, 9/12, 10/17, 11/21, 1/9 and 1/7.
New Zumba Sentao Sessions starting 9/10, 58223, 10/15, 58224 & 11/19, 58225 on Tuesdays, 6:45 pm at FRC with instructor Debracca Hangen. Zumba Sentao is an intense new way to enhance the fitness party thrill. Explosive chair-based choreography that will strengthen, balance and stabilize the core and step up cardio work in a whole new way.
Adult Drop In Fitness Classes
Drop-In Yoga: Ages 16+
Reduce stress while toning and stretching. Emphasis is on poses and breathing. This class will get you inspired. Appropriate for all ages and fitness levels. No need to pre-register and you can start at any time. Minimum of 6 people needed to hold a class.
