Drop In Yoga
Reduce stress while toning and stretching. Emphasis is on poses and breathing. Appropriate for all ages and fitness levels. You do not need to pre-register and you can start at any time. Minimum of 6 needed to hold class. $4.50/class or 12 visit punchcard for $48

Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance-fitness class combining fast and slow Latin rhythms to tone and sculpt the body. These easy to follow steps target areas such as the gluteals, legs, arm core, abdominals and heart.
$34/residents, $38/non-residents
Pilates Plus-Core Strength

Strengthen, condition and tone muscles. Appropriate for all ages and fitness levels. Pilates is very low impact, but gives great results.
