The Franciscan Recreation Complex (FRC) is a multi-purpose recreation center located in West Peoria at the intersection of Heading and Sterling Avenues. FRC features a full-size gymnasium, multi-purpose room with kitchenette, community room, dance studio, soccer field, two baseball fields, an outdoor playground and a NEW Ceramics Studio that allows you to glaze, paint, and fire pottery. FRC and its services are accessible to people with disabilities. Eligible persons are encouraged to participate. FRC will be closed Monday, 5/26 (Memorial Day), Friday, 7/4 and Monday, 9/1 (Labor Day).
