VCR, RGB AND COMPUTER PROJECTION

The Grand Ballroom features a theater-size, wall mounted projection screen that provides exceptional visibility.  The ceiling mounted projector provides a clear view from anywhere in the room, no matter how large your group.  Video tape players, overhead projectors, overhead presenters and hook-up for computer presentations are available upon request.

Available anywhere in the Gateway Building .

AUDIO CONFERENCING

Audio Conferencing is available in the Grand Ballroom only.

VOICE AMPLIFICATION SYSTEM

Built in voice amplification system offers several options for crystal clear sound.  Lavaliere, hand-held cordless and traditional hard-wire microphones are available upon request.  Regular meeting rental includes one microphone of your choice.  Additional microphones available upon request.
