SUMMER 2013 ONLINE REGISTRATION

BEFORE you may register online for the first time, the Park District will need to MAIL YOU AN ONLINE HOUSEHOLD ACCOUNT NUMBER AND PIN after you provide some information. This information will come through the US mail (in order for us to confirm your address), but should arrive within 5 business days. Here’s how it works:
IF SOMEONE IN YOUR FAMILY HAS REGISTERED FOR A CLASS IN THE PAST 18 MONTHS:
Send an email to registration@peoriaparks.org verifying the following:
• Full name of primary household contact
• Names AND birthdates of ALL family members
• Home Address (not a PO Box)
• City, State, Zip
• Email address you check regularly
• Home Phone
• Cell Phone
(You may also mail this information to 2218 N. Prospect Road, Peoria, 61603)
You will be mailed your account number and PIN within 5 business days.
IF YOU’VE NEVER PARTICIPATED IN A PARK DISTRICT PROGRAM:
Please stop in the Recreation Offices located in the upper level of the Glen Oak Park Pavilion (2218 N. Prospect - Prospect at McClure):
APRIL 22-MAY 31 8:00 am-5:30 pm
JUNE 3 - SEASON 8:00 am-4:30 pm
*Closed 5/27, 7/4 and 9/2.
Because residents receive discounted rates, you will need to provide proof of residency.To do so, you will need to bring a current utility or tax bill with you. If your tax bill contains a payment to “Pleasure Driveway and Park District of Peoria” then you are considered a resident of the District.
You will be mailed your account number and PIN within 5 business days.
NOT SURE ABOUT YOUR ACCOUNT STATUS?
Call us at 688-3667 or just go ahead and email us (registration@peoriaparks.org) the information requested above. We’ll let you know if you need to stop in.
Once you obtain your online account number and password by mail, you will be able to enter the registration module on our new web site and begin registration...24/7 at your convenience!
