Other Ways to Register
SUMMER 2012 REGISTRATIONS WILL BE PROCESSED IN THE ORDER THEY ARE RECEIVED BEGINNING MONDAY, APRIL 23:
#1. Mail In - APRIL 23 through the season
Complete registration form and return to us. Confirmation of class registration will NOT be sent unless a self- addressed STAMPED envelope is enclosed.
#2. FAX - 309-686-3384
Register by fax beginning APRIL 23. Complete registration form. Credit card (Visa, MC, Discover or American Express) payment only. When registering by fax, it is understood that the facsimile document received (including the waiver and release of claims) shall have the same legal effect as the original form.
#3. Walk In - Glen Oak Park
Come in to the Glen Oak Park Pavilion Recreation Office, 2218 N. Prospect Road in Glen Oak Park:
April 23 - June 11 8:00 am-5:30 pm
June 11 - Season 8:00 am-4:30 pm
*Closed 5/28, 7/4 and 9/3
#4. After Hours Drop Off
For your convenience, complete registration form and use the night drop box on the Recreation Office door beginning APRIL 23. The office is located in Glen Oak Park (Prospect and McClure) in the large pavilion at the back of the park.
