Skating School General Information Skating School Objective The intent of our skating school is to introduce everyone to the fun of ice skating. All classes are 45 minutes. Instruction for beginners, especially our youngest skaters, includes off-ice and on-ice activities. Clothing Warm, comfortable clothing with mittens and/or gloves and protective head gear or hats for young children is recommended. Adults additionally benefit from wrist guards and knee pads. Skates Skate rental is provided in the cost of your group class instruction. Skates should be your usual shoe size OR 1 size larger, but please remember rental skates come in whole sizes only. Wear one pair of thin socks.
