The PPD Offers a Variety of Camps
Need supervised care for your children this summer? The Park District has a variety of camps to choose from. Just click on a camp to find out more:

Save on Summer Camp
NOTE: These savings are only available to individuals who register in person. They are NOT available online.
- If you register in person by April 12th, you can save 10% (per child)
- Register after April 12th and pay regular price for your first child, and receive 5% discount for each additional child.
- Want to spread out your payments a bit? Take advantage of our scheduled payment plan that allows you to make camp payments between March 23 and May 29. Otherwise, payment in full will be due at time of registration.
Registration
Online registration is available (for all camps except Peoria Zoo Camp), but keep in mind you will not be eligible to receive any member discounts (for RiverPlex or Peoria Zoo camps) or any of the other discounts listed above unless you register in person at the Glen Oak Park Pavilion. Proof of membership will be required for discounts.
You may download a registration form and fill it out before you come in.
All Children are Welcome at PPD Camps
If you are the parent of a child with a learning disability, behavior disorder, ADHD, autism, or a more severe disability, the Heart of Illinois Special Recreation Association (HISRA) invites you to call. Upon reviewing your child's needs, HISRA's qualified staff will work to integrate campers, adapt certain activities and even provide additional staff so that your child will thrive in a mainstream camp setting. HISRA can be reach at 309-691-1929.
Summer Camp Refunds
After 5/22/09, the Park District must receive written notice of a camp cancellation at least 2 business days in advance of the camp start date. No FULL refunds will be issued; registrants will receive a 50% refund for each camp session dropped.
