Join two-time NCAA National Champion from Iowa,T.J. Williams on the mat this summer in Peoria.
The grade school program will emphasize the basics, such as staying in stance, good position, changing levels, how to move your opponents to the position you want them and setups.
The high school program will emphasize high pace/high intensity drilling, hand fighting drills, quick leg attacks, taking shots while staying in good position, finishing shots, good solid turns/ pinning combinations, escapes and goal setting.

Dates: June 11 - July 5
Cost: $75 per wrestler per session
Registration begins April 22.*no program 7/4. Make up day on 7/5.
