Certified Personal Trainers will create a fun, safe program designed to meet your personal fitness needs. Working indoors and/or outdoors, their creative approach to helping you achieve a more fit and active lifestyle will benefit you in so many ways. Fun and Fit (Drop In/Punch Card Class - Join any time!)
Get fit and have fun. This is a low impact cardio class that incorporates strengthening, toning, stretching, and resistance exercises with bands, balls and weights. This class is suitable for beginners, experienced, and adults with varying ability and physical limitations.
Core and More (Drop In/Punch Card Class - Join any time!)
A stronger core improves the whole body including functional strength, coordination, and balance. During this 30 minute class exercises are modified to meet the needs of beginners, experienced, and adults with varying ability and physical limitations while still getting a great workout.
Reduce stress, improve muscle tone, and flexibility with modified yoga. This class is suitable for beginners, experienced, and adults with varying ability and physical limitations. Postures are modified by using the chair, barre, or standing position to accommodate all levels.
Tai Chi reduces tension, improve circulation and balance while increasing strength & flexibility through stretching and turning within a sequence of movements that improve the health of body, mind & spirit.
Co-Rec Drop-in Softball for Seniors
Men and women 50+ can drop in on Tuesdays and Fridays at 8:30 a.m. at the Peoria Stadium. The season runs mid-May through October. The league uses modified rules to encourage participation. A nominal fee is charged. For details, call David Dowell, 673-1119.
